Page By Page Books is the equivalent of an online library of classic literature. It makes use of books on which the copyright has expired, so they can be shared and read online for free.

The site lacks a search engine, so to check out which books are available click on View All Authors or check the See Book List By Title option. From here just browse through the available books and authors alphabetically.

Most public domain book sites force you to download the whole book at once on one page, or in extremely large chunks, this can make reading them or finding a lost place kind of tedious.

In contrast this site loads a single page of text at a time, making it much easier to read. If you don't fancy reading an entire book in one sitting simply bookmark it using your search engine and then open from the bookmarked page when you fancy dipping into the story again.

The site design itself is simple and uncluttered and it's fairly easy to track down interesting titles. At the moment there are only a couple of hundred books on the site but the number of available titles is increasing all the time.
